Files

1. The bytes of a PDF or image are read by the browser on your device. They are not sent to Upload Nothing, to the host, or to an ad network as the contents of the file.
2. The site does not write those bytes to a database, to a log, or to a share link. There is no account to attach them to.
3. Options you set, except passwords, may be stored in localStorage on your device so the next visit remembers them. Passwords are held in memory for the job and then dropped.

What can be collected

If Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured, it receives a cookieless page view: the URL, a coarse referrer, and limited device data, under Cloudflare’s terms. If Google Analytics 4 is configured, Consent Mode defaults to denied until you accept. Events then include the tool id, a page type, and coarse buckets such as “under 1 MB” or an error code. They do not include the filename, the exact size, or any byte of the file.

If Google AdSense is configured, Google’s Privacy & messaging handles consent for the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and the US state message. Ad requests can set cookies and read an advertising identifier, subject to that choice. Ad requests are not cached by the service worker. This policy will name the publisher id in ads.txt when the account exists. Until then, no ad script is on the page.
